Order Processing All orders are fulfilled by our trusted supplier network. Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched after purchase. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Delivery Times After your order ships, estimated delivery is 3–5 business days, depending on your location and carrier. In total, you can expect your order to arrive within 6–10 business days from the date of purchase.

Please note that some high-value or specialty items may require additional processing time. If your order will be delayed beyond the standard window, we will notify you by email.

Shipping Costs Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout using real-time tools from FedEx and/or UPS, based on the weight of your order and your delivery address. The exact cost will be displayed before you complete your purchase. If you believe the quoted rate is inaccurate or unfair, please call 516-212-2198 or email carlos@livestreamingmaster.com and we will gladly review it.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery status directly with the carrier.

Supplier Fulfillment Live Streaming Master partners with suppliers through Shopify Collective to offer a wide range of products. Orders may be shipped directly from a supplier's warehouse. As a result, if you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate shipments from different locations.

International Orders We do not provide international delivery beyond the United States. Although our website may accept international orders, other restrictions may apply. Livestreamingmaster.com is not responsible for any extra taxes, duties, brokerage fees, or import charges required for delivery. Returned packages may incur the original delivery costs plus any additional fees.
